（3）将存储卡插入设备；
（4）安装完成。

联想（北京）有限公司（“联想”）对最初购买本产品的最终用户（“您”）保证，在下面所列保修期内，本产品（不包括任何第三方软件）在正常使用情况下将没有材料和工艺上的缺陷。

如需将缺陷产品退返联想寻求保修服务，您必须拥有购买证明，并且，您应在可适用的保修期限内从联想获得保修服务授权。退返的产品由您付费采用邮寄或其他方式发送，并应被适当地包装。建议您为退返的产品购买保险，或者选用提供包裹追踪的运送方法。对产品在运输过程中的丢失或损坏，联想不承担责任。

您获得的唯一救济和联想在本保修条件下的全部责任将是，根据联想的选择，修理或更换缺陷产品，或在扣除折旧费后将您购买产品的价款退还给您。联想不对任何数据或图像损失（包括在退还到联想寻求服务的产品内存放的任何数据）提供任何保证，且不对此类损失承担任何责任。

所有关于产品适销性、品质符合要求或适用于特定目的的默示保证或条件，仅限于在本文件规定的相关保修期内适用。所有其他明示或默示的条件、陈述和保证，包括任何不侵权的默示保证，在法律允许的最大范围内均予以排除。一些司法辖区的法律不容许对产品默示保证的持续期限进行限制，在此情况下，上述限制可能不适用于您。本保修文件赋予您特定的法律权利，而根据不同司法辖区的法律，您可能还拥有其他权利。

所有与本产品一同提供的第三方软件均“按现状”提供。您承担有关此类软件质量、性能、准确性和影响的全部风险，并且，如果此类软件被证明有缺陷，由您（而不是联想）承担所有必要的服务或修理的费用。

即使本协议项下的任何保证和救济不能达到其基本目的，上述限制仍然适用。一些司法管辖区域的法律不容许对附带的或继发的损害赔偿进行排除或限制，在此情况下，上述限制或排除则可能不适用于您。

（6）Do not touch or let a metal object touch the contact area of memory card. Doing so may cause static electricity to destroy the data.

（7）Do not turn of the power ,apply shocks to memory card, or eject the memory card while reading/saving. Doing so may destroy the data.

 

LIMITED WARRANTY

Lenovo(Beijing)Limited (“Lenovo”) warrants to the original end user purchaser ("You") that for the Warranty Period listed below, the Product (excluding any third party software) will be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Customer must have proof of purchase and obtain warranty service authorization from Lenovo within the applicable warranty period before returning defective products to Lenovo. Returned products must be shipped prepaid and packaged appropriately, and it is recommended that they be insured or sent by a method that provides for tracking of the package.

Your exclusive remedy and Lenovo's entire liability under this warranty will be for Lenovo at its option to repair or replace the Product or refund your purchase price less any rebates. Lenovo does not warrant against loss of any data or images (including data stored on Product returned to Lenovo for service), and assumes no liability for such loss.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE EXPRESS WARRANTY. ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE DISCLAIMED. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.

All third party software provided with the Product is provided "AS IS". You assume the entire risk as to the quality, performance, accuracy and effect of such software, and should it prove defective, you, and not Lenovo, assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair.

TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL LENOVO BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST IMAGES, DATA, REVENUE OR PROFIT, OR FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF LENOVO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL LENOVO’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT.

The foregoing limitations will apply even if any warranty or remedy provided under this Agreement fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
